Leadership Class

All instructors Jr instructors and instructors in training attend a class lead by Grand Master Roby.  Topics include protocols, response to behavioral concerns, effective encouragement, classroom management and leadership skills. All students are encouraged to attend. As iron sharpens iron, advanced students learn teaching concepts sharpening their own skills and understanding. A crucial tool in becoming an effective leader.
